Mobile Candle-Making Experiences

Wicksup Candle Co.'s mobile offsite events bring the joy of candle-making to your location! Perfect for corporate gatherings, team-building activities, or special celebrations, our hands-on experience is designed to spark creativity and connection.

What We Offer:

  • Each participant will create one custom 8 oz candle with the opportunity to mix up to three fragrance oils from our curated selection.

  • We bring all the materials you need, including:

    • 20 of our most popular fragrance oils

    • Soy wax in a professional melter

    • Cotton wicks and all other necessary supplies

Event Duration:

  • The candle-pouring process takes approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on the participants’ pace.

  • An additional 60–90 minutes is required for cooling and packaging the candles.

Cost:

  • $25.00 per person/candle

  • $100.00 setup/travel fee

  • A deposit invoice will be emailed, with the remaining balance due on the event day.

  • Minimum: 30 participants or 30 candles poured.

What You Provide:
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ll need:

  • Access to a power outlet

  • Two 6-foot tables (or equivalent workspace)

  • Enough tables and chairs for all participants
